I have noticed the positive change in my work, habits, and lifestyle and I have begun to appreciate these changes. I am grateful for having rewarded myself for these good habits that I have adapted. Also, one must remember that your body is different every single day and we must always respect and listen to it. Today I have come to an advanced practice only due to my dedication and practice. Yoga is not about self improvement, it’s about self acceptance and discipline & dedication is the key to consistency in life.
