Aishwarya Rajesh is a busy bee now. She is extremely excited with the number of projects that she has in her hands. She is currently working on a period drama named Vada Chennai, which will be directed by Vetri Maaran.
In a recent interview she revealed some details about the film. “It is a period film, which is being made on a large scale. I can assure you that this will not be one of those ordinary films. We have been shooting from the time frame of 1980s till today. The film will have my looks ranging from my school and college days, to me as a teacher and a married woman. It is going to be a different film for me,” she says.
Nonetheless, she is excited to work with the giants like Vetri and Dhanush. She went on to say, “I got to work with Vetri sir and Dhanush sir for the first time. What I really like is that Vetri sir’s films are realistic. We shot in Kasimedu and Ennore. I really like shooting in real locations. The character I play is that of a local girl. By local, I mean, a complete north Madras girl. It’s also a multi-starrer film. Andrea plays an important role in the film.”
