Ajith Kumar’s Good Bad Ugly Trailer: Mass, Action, Masala Guaranteed!

Celebrated pair Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan last graced the silver screen together in the action thriller Vidaamuyarchi scripted by Magizh Thirumeni with stars Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra in negative shades. They will yet again be seen together on screens soon in their upcoming action-comedy drama Good Bad Ugly. It will be the duo’s sixth affiliation after Ji, Kireedam, Mankatha, Yennai Arindhaal, and Vidaamuyarchi. Actor Prasanna has essayed an interesting part in the entertainer. Director Adhik Ravichandran, who helmed Trisha Illana Nayanthara, has crafted the venture. Writers Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan have shaped the script of the flick. Good Bad Ugly is poised to release in theaters worldwide on 10th of April in languages Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. 

The production unit had earlier released the teaser and songs from the flick on social media. They have now unveiled the trailer of the entertainer. Taking to their official X account, the production team of Mythri Movie Makers shared a special poster from the film along with a link to the trailer of Good Bad Ugly and wrote, “Maamey! THE MASS CELEBRATION is here Good Bad Ugly Trailer out now. Good Bad Ugly grand release on 10th April, 2025 with VERA LEVEL entertainment.” Here is the post made by the production house.

Two minute trailer of Good Bad Ugly starts with a background score of a vintage folk classic covering events happening in posh settings. Then we have the character played by Arjun Das saying to Ajith Kumar, “Mr. AK, I just looked up your history. You are quite a villain, eh? But in my game. I am the villain to you! This is my fucking game!” To which he retorts, “So sweet.” Following which we have actress Trisha Krishnan draw a Mankatha reference, “He personally kicked my father out of a moving car!” The shot cuts to the star saying, “I quit smoking for my sake. I quit drinking for my wife’s sake. I quit violence for my son’s sake. But if my son is in trouble, I need to relapse, right?” Cast of Good Bad Ugly also includes veteran actor Prabhu, Kingsley, Arjun Das, Simran, Jackie Shroff, Usha Uthup, Pradeep Kabra, Rahul Dev, Harry Josh, Roadies Raghu Ram, Sunil, Yogi Babu, Shine Tom Chacko, Priya Prakash, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde, Karthikeya Dev, and KGF B S Avinash. 

Musician G V Prakash Kumar has scored music for the project. Already two tracks ‘OG Sambavam’ and ‘God Bless U’ are out from the album. Cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam has cranked the camera for the flick. Editor Vijay Velukutty has been signed in to trim the venture. Art director Ramalingam has designed sets for the movie. Stunt directors Supreme Sundar and Kaloian Vodenicharov have choreographed action moves for the project. Good Bad Ugly is backed by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni for the production house Mythri Movie Makers. Bhushan Kumar, Gulshan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar are presenting the entertainer under the banner house T Series Films. Producer and distributor Raahul of Romeo Pictures has obtained the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film. Netflix OTT platform has purchased the digital rights of the movie for a whopping 95 crore. 

On the professional side, actress Trisha Krishnan is eagerly anticipating consecutive releases via her Tamil gangster drama Thug Life filmed by director Mani Ratnam in which she has joined force with actors Kamal Haasan & Silambarasan, a Malayalam movie Ram scripted by Jeethu Joseph in which she has been paired against actor Mohanlal, and a Telugu flick Vishwambhara crafted by Mallidi Vassishta in which she has co starred with actor Chiranjeevi. The Kodi actress is presently working on her next project tentatively christened Suriya 45 directed by RJ Balaji in which she will be performing alongside actors Suriya, Sshivada, and Swasika.
