Actor Arulnithi Tamilarasu has quietly built a set of audience base by churning out interesting mystery thrillers. The Naalu Policeum Nalla Irundha Oorum actor had his last outing in the likes of the supernatural mystery thriller Diary which hit the theaters under the direction of film maker Innasi Pandiyan with actress Pavithra Marimuthu as the female lead. Unfortunately, the project did not live up to the expectations of the audience, and did not do well in the box office. The actor has now moved on, and is gearing up for the release of his upcoming venture titled Thiruvin Kura. Director Harish Prabhu has written and directed the movie. The project which went on floors with a small pooja ceremony some time ago has now been wrapped, and is in the post production.
Now, the production house has unveiled the trailer of the film on social media, and has announced the release date. Thiruvin Kura is slated to hit the theaters on 14th of April. Actress Aathmika has shared the trailer. Taking to her official twitter account, the actress shared a poster from the drama along with the link to the trailer of Thiruvin Kural, and wrote, “Presenting the raw & intense trailer of Thiruvin Kura. The two minutes odd trailer opens in a hospital with actor Bharathiraja getting an MRI scan. We see a woman instructing Arulnithi Tamilarasu, “Thiru we must take father back to home soon. We have come to the hospital so do not be snappy.” The shot cuts to him thrashing a henchman. Then we are presented with happy moments shared by members of a family. Followed by a few glimpses of romance between Arulnithi Tamilarasu and Aathmika. Then the trailer turns serious, with the unnerving antagonist in the picture, he says, “A doctor might spend five minutes with a patient. For The Next 24 hours we will be with them. If we want, we can do anything.” From what we could gauge from the trailer, it looks like the film unfolds in a hospital where a bunch of callous orderlies wreak havoc on the inpatients of the hospital. The trailer looks interesting, and is sure to engineer high expectations among the fans of the crime thriller genre.
