Actor Ajith Kumar was last seen on screens in the heist thriller drama Thunivu helmed by film maker H. Vinoth with actress Manju Warrier in the female lead part. Following the release of the flick the actor took a short break from acting, and was busy touring around the world with his biker’s gang leading to a plethora of speculations regarding his next project. But the Mankatha star who kept calm as usual has now put all those rumors to rest in his own style. He is officially back to business with a bang. The Nerkonda Paarvai actor has been quietly shooting for his upcoming film Vidaa Muyarchi. Recently a clip of the star performing an intense action block went viral online prompting his fans’ army to go raving mad about it.
The production team seems to be overwhelmed by the reception of the action clip and have decided to keep the fervor alive. Now they have released the first look poster of the movie on social media. Taking to their official X account, the production house dropped the first look poster and wrote, “Presenting the much awaited first look poster of Vidaa Muyarchi. Brace yourself for a gripping tale where perseverance meets grit. Perseverance triumphs.” Here is the post made by the production unit.

In the poster, actor Ajith looks chic and is seen carrying a black bag ambling in what appears to be a highway. Vidaa Muyarchi is slated to hit the theaters on 31st of October this year. The entertainer is written and directed by storyteller Magizh Thirumeni who is known for his action thriller Thadaiyara Thaakka. The shoot for the film is currently underway in Azerbaijan. Talking to a leading daily the actor’s manager Suresh Chandra revealed that the actor will be playing the role of a doting husband in the film. Further updating on the shoot, he said, “During the first phase of shoot we were able to shoot just for 4 or 5 hours a day due to poor weather conditions. Now the situation has improved, we are able to shoot for around 14 hours a day. If things go as planned, we should be able to wrap the shoot either by first or second week of August.”
Action king Arjun Sarja will be essaying a key role in the drama. Actresses Trisha Krishnan and Regina Cassandra will be playing the female lead roles. Vidaa Muyarchi’s casting includes big boss title winner Arav, Arjun Das, and Nikhil playing supporting parts. Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander will be handling musical instruments for the flick. Ace cinematographer Om Prakash will oversee the cinematography division of the movie. Editor N. B. Srikanth has been bestowed with the responsibility to edit the entertainer. Stuntman Supreme Sundar will be choreographing action blocks for the movie. The project is funded by Subaskaran Allirajah for the production label Lyca Productions.
On the work front, actor Ajith Kumar will soon join the sets of director Adhik Ravichandran for their project Good Bad Ugly. Actresses Konkana Sen Sharma and Nithya Menon will be essaying the female lead roles in the drama. On the other hand, actress Trisha Krishnan has a couple of Malayalam flicks Ram helmed by Jeethu Joseph starring Mohanlal in the lead role, Identity crafted by film makers Anas Khan and Akhil Paul with Tovino Thomas as lead. She also plays a crucial role in Kamal Haasan’s Thug Life crafted by auteur Mani Ratnam.
