Actor Arya was recently seen on screens in a cameo appearance in actor Vishal’s action-comedy flick Madha Gaja Raja. Actor Gautham Karthik lastly entertained audiences in the historical drama August 16 1947 crafted by director N S Ponkumar with actress Revathy Sharma in the female lead role. Both the stars will soon be gracing the silver screens together in the upcoming action thriller christened Mr. X. Director Manu Anand, who shot to fame with FIR, has penned and helmed the entertainer. He has borrowed the assistance of Divyanka Anand Shankar, Raam H Puthran, and Praveen K to mold the screenplay of the film. Actress Anagha of Kadaisi Ulaga Por fame has been paired with actor Arya in the project. The entertainer has been shot across multiple states in India, Uganda, and in few European nations.
The production unit had recently released the teaser of the venture on social media. They have now unveiled the first single from the film. Taking to his official X profile, actor Arya shared a poster from the flick along with a link to the first single ‘Haiyodi’ from Mr. X and worded, “One million hearts and more for the first single from Mr X. Haiyodi – streaming now. A Dhibu Ninan Thomas musical. A film by Manu Anand. Produced by Shri Vineet Jain and S Lakshman Kumar. Co-produced by Venkatesh.” Here is the post made by the actor.
Singer Kapil Kapilan has lent his voice for the number. Lyricist Krithika Nelson has written the lyrics of the track. Balu Thankachan has mixed the song, while Shadab Rayeen has mastered the number. Music director Dhibu Ninan Thomas has composed music for the entertainer. Earlier talking to a leading daily about the drama, storyteller Manu Anand said, “Mr. X follows the lives of two secret agents who are working on a mission to identify and recover a missing nuclear device that could lead to grave consequences to their nation if it gets to the hands of terrorists. The decisions they make puts them in a tight spot. How they manage to find their way out of the situation is the crux of the story.”
The casting crew of MR. X also comprises actors Manju Warrier, Gautham Ram Karthik, Praveen Muthurangan, Sarath Kumar, Jayaprakash, Kaali Venkat, Raiza Wilson, and Athulyaa Ravi. Cinematographer Arul Vincent has been trusted with the cinematography division of the drama. Editor G K Prasanna has been roped in to bring coherence to the movie. Art directors Indulal Kaveed and B Sekar have designed the background for the film. Stunt master Stunt Silva has fashioned action blocks for the project. The drama is backed by Shri Vineet Jain and S Lakshman Kumar, partnering with A Venkatesh under the production banner Prince Pictures.
On the work front, actor Arya will soon dedicate himself to Sarpatta Parambarai 2 which is set to be helmed by Pa Ranjith in which he will be romancing actress Dushara Vijayan. Beside this film, the Aranmanai 3 actor has his long-delayed entertainers Santhana Devan directed by Ameer Sultan in which he will be performing alongside with actress Aditi Menon, and Sangamithra filmed by Sundar C in which he will be co starring with actor Jayam Ravi in the box. On the other hand, actor Gautham Karthik is expecting successive releases in Sippai crafted by director Saravanan in which he has collaborated with actresses Lakshmi Menon & Vibha Natarajan, Criminal helmed by Dakshina Moorthy Ramar in which he has shared screen space with actors Sarath Kumar & Janani, and Chellappillai scripted by storyteller Arun Chandhiran.
