Actor Ajith Kumar and Trisha Krishnan lastly shared screens in their recent outing Vidaamuyarchi crafted by Magizh Thirumeni with actors Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra in negative shades. The duo will be romancing each other yet again in their upcoming venture Good Bad Ugly. It is their sixth association after Ji, Kireedam, Mankatha, Yennai Arindhaal, and Vidaamuyarchi. Actor Prasanna will be seen in a crucial role in the drama. Director Adhik Ravichandran, best known for Trisha Illana Nayanthara, has helmed the entertainer. Writers Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan have contributed in shaping the script. The shoot for the project took place in Hyderabad, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The drama was slated to be released on Pongal. But was delayed to facilitate the release of Vidaamuyarchi. Good Bad Ugly will now be out in theaters worldwide on 10th of April in languages Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.
The makers had recently released the character introduction video of actress Trisha Krishnan on social media. They have now shared the teaser of the project. Taking to their official X handle, the production team of Mythri Movie Makers shared a poster from the venture along with a link to the teaser of Good Bad Ugly and wrote, “Maamey! The festival is here. This summer is going to be SUPER CRAZY. Here’s the Good Bad Ugly Teaser. Good Bad Ugly grand release on 10th April, 2025 with VERA LEVEL entertainment. One-minute teaser of Good Bad Ugly opens to a person describing Ajith Kumar’s character in the film, “AK is a red dragon. If he has come here breaking his own rules that means his very breath will finish you!” Subsequently we have a chic intro of the star who says, “No matter how good we are, this world makes us bad! I will show you. All that we must not do in life must sometimes be done, baby.” The teaser ends with him saying, “My darlings! Miss you all!” Good Bad Ugly is hyped to be an action-comedy venture. Actor Ajith Kumar is said to have portrayed three diverse quirky roles. Beside Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan, and Prasanna, the casting crew of Good Bad Ugly also has veteran actor Prabhu, Arjun Das, Shine Tom Chacko, Sunil, Yogi Babu, Rahul Dev, and B S Avinash in various supporting characters.
Music director G V Prakash Kumar has composed music for the drama. Cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam has been behind the lens for the flick. Editor Vijay Velukutty has been signed in to trim the project. Art director Ramalingam has erected sets for the entertainer. Action directors Supreme Sundar and Kaloian Vodenicharov have designed action moves for the movie. Good Bad Ugly is produced by Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni for the banner house Mythri Movie Makers. Bhushan Kumar, Gulshan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar will be presenting the flick under the production label T Series Films. Raahul of Romeo Pictures has bagged the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the flick. Netflix OTT platform has purchased the digital rights of the movie for a whopping 95 crore.
On the work front, actress Trisha Krishnan will next be entertaining audience in the gangster action-drama Thug Life filmed by Mani Ratnam in which she has co starred with actors Kamal Haasan & Silambarasan, Malayalam film Ram directed by Jeethu Joseph in which she has shared screen space with actor Mohanlal, and a Telugu flick Vishwambhara scripted by Mallidi Vassishta in which she has associated with actor Chiranjeevi. The Raangi star is presently occupied in her upcoming film tentatively titled Suriya 45 crafted by RJ Balaji in which she will be collaborating with actor Suriya, Sshivada, and Swasika.
