Actor Kalaiyarasan who fell in the attention of Tamil audience with his superb performance in Madras was last seen on the web series Pettaikaali, which hit the OTT platform under the direction of film maker Raj Kumar with actress Sheela Rajkumar in the female lead role. The series which hit the OTT platform with high expectations is yet to garner the attention of the audience. Now, the Madras actor has moved on, and is gearing up for the release of his next movie titled Estate. Actresses Sunaina, and Remya Nambeesan have played the female lead parts in the flick. Director Karthik Vilvakrish has helmed the entertainer. The drama which went on floors some time ago has been shot in and around the locations of Yercaud. The shooting for the entertainer has now been wrapped, and the film is in the post production stage.
Now, the production unit has shared the trailer of the flick on social media along with the release date of the movie. Estate is set to hit the theaters on 9th of December. The one-minute odd trailer opens with a piece of information, ‘Based on a few true incidents.’ The scene cuts to actress Ramya Nambeesan interviewing a person, “It is said that all surveillance here is controlled from Chennai, tell us about that. Do human sacrifice and pooja take place here?” The character says, “Media people like you are spreading rumors like this.” Following it we see actors Kalaiyarasan and Sunaina struck inside a dilapidated building while spooky elements scare them. An eerie song plays in the background and we see actor Ashok Selvan walking through a dense forest in the night.
Apart from actors Kalaiyarasan, Sunaina, and Ramya Nambeesan, Estate has actor Ashok Selvan in an extended cameo part. The casting of the drama has actors Daniel Annie Pope, Kiran Konda, Vijay Vilvakrish, Arun, Raja Divagar, and Radhakrishnan in various other supporting roles. Music director Guna Balasubramanian has composed the music for the flick. Cinematographer Ashwanth Rajan Dayal has been behind the camera for the movie. Editor Prakash Karunanithi has been bestowed with the responsibility to edit the drama. Art director Rajkumar has designed the atmosphere for the movie. Master Villa Jagan has choreographed the action moves for the entertainer. The venture is funded by V Venkatesh under the production company Divine Productions.
On the work front, actor Kalaiyarasan who was last seen on screens in the web series Pettaikaali is currently busy shooting for his upcoming project titled Puthiya Mugam scripted by directed by Sriram Dhanabalakrishna in which he will be romancing actress Arundhati. Apart from this venture, the actor has Pathu Thala helmed by storyteller Obeli N Krishna in which he will be seen alongside actors Silambarasan, Gautham Karthik, and Priya Bhavani Shankar, and Titanic Kadhalum Kavundhu Pogum directed by M Janakiraman in which he has collaborated with actress Anandhi in various stages of post-production getting shaped for release. On the other hand, actress Sunaina who had her last outing in Tamil in Trip is currently busy shooting for her next venture christened Eriyum Kannadi helmed by Sachin Dev in which she will be sharing the screen space with actor Nakkhul. Apart from this film, the actress has Regina filmed by Domin Dsilva in which she plays the lead, and Laththi helmed by A Vinoth in which she has collaborated with actor Vishal in the postproduction getting refined for release.
