Indian film industry’s actor and director Kamal Haasan, who has been honored with the Chevalier de L’Ordre Arts et Letters (The Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) by the French government, has told that it was silly of theirs to have him given the prestigious award.
He has told that Indian scholars have received two Chevalier awards and they don’t make publicity and he has also thanked his fans in his Twitter Page on 23rd August. He has thanked his teachers and admirers for they have appreciated his efforts right from ground till now.
Meanwhile the Actors Association is also planning to celebrate the prestigious award given to the actor in Kollywood. The Actors Sangam has announced that a celebration will be organized to honor the National award winning actor. Kamal is a highly talented artist who has won many awards in his careers and we wish him for getting more appreciations for his performance.
