Actress Meenakshi Chaudhary of Singapore Saloon has been brought on board to essay the female lead part. Director Venkat Prabhu has crafted the flick. He has sought the assistance of writers Ezhilarasu Gunasekaran, K Chandru, and Viji to shape the script. Veteran actors Prabhu Deva and Prashanth have depicted key roles in the drama. It is officially announced that GOAT – The Greatest Of All Time will be out in theaters worldwide on 5th of September.
The production team has now shared the lyrical video of the song titled ‘Matta’ from the drama on social media. Taking to his official X account, story teller Venkat Prabhu dropped a couple of posters from the flick along with a link to the lyrical video of Matta and captioned it, “Welcome to Ilayathalapathy’s party. Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the song. The makers had released the trailer of the entertainer earlier this month. The trailer ended with the actor delivering a powerful political challenge of sorts with the dialogue, ‘Do you think you can stop me? Nobody can stop me.’ As usual the trailer clocked millions of views in no time. The dual role factor and witnessing the star in a younger avatar has got his fans quite animated. There are wild rumors that the ruling party is hindering the release of the film and has curtailed the number of screens for premiere of the movie.
