Shooting for actor Ajith Kumar’s upcoming venture Good Bad Ugly is happening in full swing. Story teller Adhik Ravichandran of Trisha Illana Nayanthara fame is directing the drama. Writers Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan have offered their assistance in shaping the script. Actress Trisha Krishnan will depict one of the female lead parts. Tollywood actress Sreeleela will be making her debut in Tamil cinema by essaying one of the female leads in the drama. The casting team has onboarded most of the artists that would be part of the cast and shooting for their portion is underway. Now we have news that they have roped in actor Prasanna to play a prominent role in the flick. The Naanga Romba Busy star himself has announced the news and has penned a heartfelt note expressing his joy on his dream come true moment. Here is the post made by the actor.

He opens the letter by confirming his part in Ajith Kumar’s Good Bad Ugly, “Dear friends and well-wishers, this time it is finally true that I am part of our beloved Thala Ajith Kumar sir’s film. It is a dream come true for me.” He then goes on to narrate how he was approached to play a role in every Ajith Kumar’s project from Mankatha and how they failed to materialize, “Since Mankatha, every time AK sir’s films were announced, I was supposed to be a part of those. His fans kept speculating and wishing me, I am there in his next. But there has been “many a slip between the cup and the lip,” as they say.”
He once again confirms this part in Good Bad Ugly and expresses his gratitude, “But finally, the timing cannot be any better, I am part of GOOD BAD UGLY. I am thankful to God, AK sir, Adhik, Suresh Chandra sir, Mythri Movies, and last but not the least, everyone who wished to see me with Thala in his film. Am thrilled and excited.” He then apologizes saying he cannot discuss much about the movie, and discloses that he has already begun to shoot for the flick, “I cannot reveal much now, sorry. I have shot my 1st few days, and I can only tell one thing, he is loved so much for what he is, and he is only what you and I have known about him. The man is full of humility and so grounded. Good Bad Ugly is hyped to be an action-comedy entertainer which will feature actor Ajith Kumar in three different getups. The makers are planning to release the venture as a festive release for Pongal of 2025. Actor Arvind Swamy is set to play a baddie in the project. The casting unit of Good Bad Ugly has actors S J Suryah, Sunil, Natty Nataraj, and Naslen K Gafoor essaying pivotal supporting characters. Music director Devi Sri Prasad has teamed up with actor Ajith Kumar for the second time after their hit album in Veeram. Abinandhan Ramanujam will be overseeing the cinematographer division of the flick. Editor Vijay Velukutty has been roped in to trim the entertainer. Stunt master Supreme Sundar will be fashioning action moves. Good Bad Ugly is backed by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar in association with Suresh Chandra under the banner house Mythri Movie Makers.
On the professional front, actor Prasanna is awaiting the release of his mini-series Journey filmed by Cheran in which he has co starred with actors Sarath kumar, Aari Arujunan, Kalaiyarasan, and Divyabharathi. On the other hand, actor Ajith Kumar will soon have a release in the action thriller film Vidaa Muyarchi directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Ensemble star cast of the drama comprises actors Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, and Arav.
