Actor Vemal got embroiled in financial issues which decelerated the pace at which he was churning out films. The Evanukku Engeyo Matcham Irukku actor had his last outing in the action-drama Sir which hit theaters under the direction of Bose Venkat with actress Chaya Devi Kannan in the female lead role. The entertainer was tagged with mixed reviews by critics, and did badly commercially. The Thudikkum Karangal actor will soon have the prospect to get back to winning ways via his next project titled Paramasivan Fathima. Story teller Esakki Karvannan, who has delivered projects like Pettikadai and Tamil Kudimagan, has written and directed the entertainer. Actress Chaya Devi Kannan has once again been cast as the female lead to actor Vemal in this project. An official release date for the venture is expected to be announced soon.
The production house has now launched a promo video of the flick on social media, and have revealed that they will be releasing the trailer soon. Taking to his official X handle, actor Vijay Sethupathi dropped a poster from the flick along with a link to the promo video of Paramasivan Fathima and captioned it, “Launching Paramasivan Fathima Trailer coming soon. Best wishes to the team! Produced & directed by Esakki Karvannan.” Here is the post made by the actor.
The 30 seconds odd promo of Paramasivan Fathima opens to a bunch of aghoris dancing to a pulsating song. The shot cuts to actors Vemal and Chaya Devi Kannan observing the act. Suddenly, actor Vemal gets into a frenzy. Apart from Vemal and Chaya Devi Kannan, star cast of Paramasivan Fathima also has actors M S Bhaskar, Manoj Kumar, Athira, Aruldoss, Kadhal Sukumar, Veerasamar, Seshvitha, Sri Ranjani, and Cool Suresh depicting various supporting roles.
The technical side of the drama has music director Deepan Chakravarthy of Veerayi Makkal fame composing music for the film. Cinematographer M Sukumar has operated cameras for the entertainer. Editor Buvan has been roped in to edit the drama. Art director Veerasamar has designed the background for the venture. Action master Dinesh Kasi has choreographed action moves for the drama. Paramasivan Fathima is produced by Esakki Karvannan himself under his home production Lakshmi Creations.
On the professional front, actor Vemal will next be seen on screens in Badava crafted by K V Nanda in which he has co starred with actor Soori. The Pogumidam Vegu Thooramillai star is currently busy shooting for Belladonna helmed by Santhosh Babu Muthusamy, and sequel of his superhit flick Desingu Raja crafted by Ezhil in which he will be romancing actress Pujita Ponnada. Apart from these ventures, the Kanni Raasi star has three of his long-delayed entertainers Sandakkari scripted by story teller Madhesh in which he has shared screen space with actress Shriya Saran, Lucky directed by Prasanth Pandiyaraj, and Enga Pattan Sothu filmed by Sargunam in which he will be seen alongside actress Anicka Vikhraman in the shelves awaiting release.
