Actor Sathish began his career as a tv host and gained immense popularity with his sense of humor and brilliant timing. The limelight helped earn him a ticket to the silver screen. He made his debut in a supporting part in Jerry and did a series of small character roles following it. His big breakthrough happened in his buddy Sivakarthikeyan’s blockbuster drama Ethir Neechal. He later went on to make his debut as a lead hero in Naai Sekar. The Parandhu Sella Vaa actor had a release earlier this year in Vithaikkaaran crafted by Venki with actress Simran Gupta as female lead. He is now gearing up for the release of his upcoming drama titled Sattam En Kaiyil in which he has played the lead role. Storyteller Chachi, who had previously helmed Sixer, has written and crafted the entertainer. Writer J M Raja has assisted with the dialogues. Actress Vidya Pradeep of Iravukku Aayiram Kangal fame has depicted the female lead in the movie. The venture is currently in the post production.
The makers have now officially announced the release date of the film on social media. Sattam En Kaiyil will be out in theaters worldwide on 20th of September. Taking to his official X account, actor Sathish dropped a poster from the flick and worded, “Justice always prevails. Intense thriller Sattam En Kaiyil releasing in theaters on Sept 20th!! Apart from actors Sathish and Vidya Pradeep, the casting department of Sattam En Kaiyil also has actors Ajay Raj, Pavel Navageethan, Riythvika, and Venda portraying various supporting roles. Music director M S Jones has handled musical gears for the project. Cinematographer P G Muthaiya has been behind the lens for the entertainer. Editor A Martin Titus has been roped in to bring coherence to the movie. Art director Pasar N K Rahul has erected sets for the project. Stunt masters Ram Kumar and Suresh have choreographed action moves for the drama. The entertainer is produced by Bharathwaj Muralikrishnan and Anandhakrishnan Shanmugam under the banner house Shanmugam Creations in association with Sriram Sathyanarayanan of Seeds Entertainment. PVR Inox Pictures has bagged the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the project.
On the professional front, actor Sathish will next be seen on screens in Soorpanagai directed by filmmaker Caarthik Raju in which he will be seen alongside actress Regina Cassandra. Beside this project, the actor has a couple of his long-delayed ventures Aayiram Jenmangal helmed by director Ezhil with actor G V Prakash Kumar in lead, and Vaa Deal scripted by Rathina Siva in which he has co-starred with actor Arun Vijay.
