Actor Vijay Antony ventured into Tamil cinema as a musician in Sukran and went on to become a lead hero in Naan. Later he turned into an editor in Annadurai and transitioned into a filmmaker in Pichaikkaran 2. The Romeo star who has a killer reputation for picking commercially successful ventures is in a rough patch of late without a decent box office hit. He had a release last month in the action thriller flick Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan directed by S D Vijay Milton with actress Megha Akash as female lead. In a flash, the multitalented star is set to have another release in his upcoming drama Hitler. Actress Riya Suman of Manmadha Leelai fame will be seen in the female lead part in the movie. While storyteller Gautham Vasudev Menon has essayed the role of a cop. Director S A Dana has written and helmed the movie.
The makers had recently released the first single track christened ‘Tappasu’. Now they have unveiled the second single ‘Adiyaathi’ from the drama. Taking to his official X account, actor Vijay Antony dropped a couple of posters from the song and shared the links to both Tamil & Telugu versions of the number, and wrote, “Adiyaathi & Jawarala from Hitler out now. A Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon musical. Hitler from Sep 27.” Here is the post made by the actor.

Musician Mervin Solomon has lent his voice for the number. Lyricist Prakash Francis has written the lyrics for the track. Music composers Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon have scored music for the film. The teaser of the flick which was released last month showed actor Vijay Antony as a vigilante fighting the corrupt politicians who scheme people. Hitler is set to hit the screens worldwide on 27th of September. It will compete with Prabhu Deva’s Petta Rap, Bharath’s Once Upon A Time In Madras, and Karthi’s Meiyazhagan in the box office.
Apart from actors Vijay Antony, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Riya Suman, casting of Hitler has actors Charan Raj, Redin Kingsley, Vivek Prasanna, Aadukalam Naren, and Tamizh depicting various supporting parts. Cinematographer I Naveen Kumar has been trusted with the cinematography division of the movie. Editor E Sangathamizhan has been brought onboard to edit the drama. Art director C Udhaya Kumar has designed the background for the film. Stunt man G Murali has choreographed action blocks. The entertainer is produced by T D Rajha in association with D R Sanjay Kumar under the production label Chendur Film International.
On the work front, actor Vijay Antony will next be seen on screens in Valli Mayil helmed by Suseenthiran in which he will be seen alongside actors Faria Abdullah and Sathyaraj. On the other hand, actress Riya Suman is currently engaged with her next project titled Walking Talking Strawberry Ice Cream crafted by V Vinayak in which she will be sharing screen space with actors Vaishnavi Andhale and Jonita Gandhi.
