Actor Siddharth had his last release in the romantic comedy movie Miss You directed by N Rajasekar with actress Ashika Ranganath in the female lead role. The flick opened to negative reviews from critics and had a poor box office collection. The Sivappu Manjal Pachai actor will soon have an opportunity to get back on the winning saddle via his upcoming movie 3BHK. This will be actor Siddharth’s 40th film. Storyteller Sri Ganesh, who delivered the critically acclaimed 8 Thottakkal, has penned and crafted the project. Kannada actress Chaitra J Achar will be making her debut in Kollywood with her female lead in the venture. Veteran actor Sarathkumar has depicted the part of Siddharth’s father in the drama. While veteran actress Devayani plays his mother. Touted to be a family entertainer, it went on floors in July last year.
Now we have news that the shoot for the venture has been wrapped. The production house themselves has shared the news on social media. Taking to their official X account, production team of Shanthi Talkies shared a video of the cake cutting celebration on the last day of shoot and captioned it, “It is a wrap.” Here is the post made by the production house.

The makers had recently released the title teaser of the flick which introduced its lead characters from a humble middle-class family and the bond they share. The production house has plans to release the flick in languages Tamil and Telugu. An official release date for the entertainer is expected to be announced soon. Apart from Siddharth, Chaitra J Achar, Devayani, and Sarathkumar, the casting crew of the drama also has actors Meetha Raghunath, Aarti Desai, and Yogi Babu in pivotal supporting characters.
The technical facade of the entertainer has music composer Amrit Ramnath scoring music for the project. Cinematographers B Dinesh Krishnan and Jithin Stanislaus have coordinated camera angles for the drama. Editor Ganesh Siva has been signed in to work on the editing division of the entertainer. Art director N Vinoth Rajkumar has erected sets for the movie. Fight master Sajid Ali has choreographed action blocks for the flick. The project is bankrolled by Arun Viswa under his production label Shanthi Talkies.
On the work front, actor Siddharth is keenly awaiting successive releases in Test scripted by storyteller S Sashikanth in which he will be seen alongside actors R Madhavan, Nayanthara, & Meera Jasmine, and Indian 3 filmed by director Shankar in which he has collaborated with actors Kamal Hassan and Kajal Aggarwal. On the other hand, actress Chaitra Achar will next be entertaining audiences via the Kannada film christened Strawberry helmed by director Arjun Lewis in which she has shared screen space with actors VJ Vineeth and Shruthi Hariharan. She is currently occupied in her future Tamil project My Lord crafted by Raju Murugan in which she will be co starring with actor Sasikumar, and a Kannada movie Uttarakaanda directed by Rohit Padaki in which she will be associating with actors Dhananjaya, Shiva Rajkumar, Bhavana Menon, and Aishwarya Rajesh.
