Actor Siddharth lastly entertained audiences in the romantic comedy film Miss You helmed by story teller N Rajasekar with actress Ashika Ranganath in the female lead part. The drama drew negative reviews from critics and fell flat in the box office. The Enakkul Oruvan actor is currently engaged in his upcoming project which is written and directed by Sri Ganesh of 8 Thottakkal fame. Kannada actress Chaitra Achar is set to make her debut in Tamil cinema with her female lead role in the movie. Veteran actor Sarathkumar has played the role of Siddharth’s father in the flick. The project went on floors with the working title Siddharth 40.
The makers have now unveiled the title teaser of the drama on social media. The entertainer has been christened 3BHK. Taking to his official X handle, actor Sarathkumar shared links to the title teaser of 3BHK in Tamil and Telugu and worded, “Presenting you the title teaser & first look of 3BHK! Tamil. Telugu. நம்ம எல்லாரோட கதையா இது இருக்கும்னு நம்புறோம். ఇది మన అందరి కథలాగా ఉంటుందని ఆశిస్తున్నాం. Every ordinary family has an extraordinary story.” Here is the post made by the actor.
One minute of the title teaser of 3BHK starts with the voiceover of actor Siddharth, “Once lived a king, no, no, no, no. It is not a story about a king. But it is a story about our house. This house is full of sweet little stories.” Then he begins to introduce important items from his home, “It is not a spice box. But Amma’s small bank. This is Appa’s sentimental cupboard. He brought it when he got married. And this mirror is my sister’s sticker stand. I am also a part of this story. You all must wonder what the title of this story is.” With it we have the title appear on screens. Earlier talking to a popular YouTube channel, director Sri Ganesh said, “I have made successive action thrillers and they turned out to be a hit. So, I felt the need to experiment a bit. Hence, I decided to make an intense emotional family drama.” The shoot for the entertainer is expected to be wrapped by the end of April this year.
Besides Siddharth, Chaitra Achar, and Sarathkumar, the casting of 3BHK has actors Meetha Raghunath, Devayani, and Yogi Babu playing various supporting roles. Music director Amrit Ramnath will be taking care of the musical division of the flick. Cinematographers B Dinesh Krishnan and Jithin Stanislaus have worked in tandem to capture the flick. Editor Ganesh Siva has been bestowed with the responsibility to trim the project. Art director N Vinoth Rajkumar has designed the background for the venture. Action director Sajid Ali has fashioned action moves. The entertainer is backed by Arun Viswa for his home banner Shanthi Talkies.
On the work front, actor Siddharth is staring at consecutive releases in Test directed by S Sashikanth in which he has shared screen space with actors R Madhavan, Nayanthara, & Meera Jasmine, and Indian 3 crafted by Shankar in which he has performed alongside actors Kamal Hassan and Kajal Aggarwal. On the other hand, actress Chaitra Achar will soon have a release in Kannada via Strawberry directed by Arjun Lewis in which she has co starred with actors VJ Vineeth and Shruthi Hariharan. She is presently shootings for her next Tamil film My Lord filmed by director Raju Murugan in which she will be collaborating with actor Sasikumar, and for a Kannada drama Uttarakaanda scripted by Rohit Padaki in which she will be co starring with actors Dhananjaya, Aishwarya Rajesh, Shiva Rajkumar, and Bhavana Menon.
