Actor Mahat Raghavendra shot to fame after his part in actor Ajith Kumar’s Mankatha. Following which the actor did a dozen supporting roles in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi cinema. The Maanaadu actor was last seen on screens in a supporting role in the crime thriller Maruthi Nagar Police Station which hit the theaters under the direction of Dayal Padmanabhan with actors Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Arav in the lead roles. The entertainer failed to get the attention of the audience, and left the theaters unnoticed. The Jilla actor has now put that behind him, and is getting ready for the release of his next venture christened Kaadhal Conditions Apply in which he has essayed the lead role. Actress Sana Makbul has depicted the female lead role. Storyteller R Arvind has written and helmed the movie. The shoot for the entertainer is completed. The project is currently in the post production stage shaping up for release.
The production unit has now unveiled the teaser of the flick on social media. Actor Mahat Raghavendra himself has shared the teaser. Taking to his official twitter handle, the actor shared a link to the teaser of Kaadhal Conditions Apply, and wrote, “Kadhal naale conditions dhaane? Over one-minute odd teaser cut opens to a voiceover of late actor Mano Bala, “I purchased a book early morning only to find a thirsty ad in the middle of the book. Why are you ruining our culture?” Then we have a shot where we witness Mahat Raghavendra and his friend asking Sana Makbul, “You watch football?” The scene cuts to actor Mahat Raghavendra saying, “I am quitting.” Following which we have actress Dhivya Dharshini asking, “Is it love?” Followed by actor Venkat Prabhu mouthing, “That is love.” Then we have a shot where a frustrated Mahat Raghavendra confronts Sana Makbul, “Why aren’t you letting me touch you?” The actress responds, “If we are dating, should that mean, we must get physically intimate?” The actor replies, “I want to make love to you Keerthana.” The shot cuts to actor Vivek Prasanna announcing, “So sweet of you.” The teaser ends with the actress saying, “Let’s break up.” Following which we get a disclaimer, ‘Love is subject to break up. Before falling in love make sure to enquire about your partner and get complete details about them.’ The teaser has got the attention of young audiences in the state, and has set high expectations on the venture. There is news that the production unit is currently working to reserve a date in the month of August to release the drama.
Apart from actors Mahat Raghavendra, and Sana Makbul, the casting department of the flick has actors Dhivya Dharshini, Venkat Prabhu, Vivek Prasanna, Abishek Raaja, Maheswari Chanakyan, and Mano Bala depicting various other supporting roles. Music director Ramesh Tamilmani has composed music for the movie. Cinematographer Karthik Nallamuthu has cranked cameras for the venture. Editor Anand Geraldin has been bestowed with the responsibility to edit the drama. Art director Ravi Pandian has erected sets for the project. The movie is funded by Ravindhar Chandrasekaran under the banner label Libra Productions along with Nitin Sathyaa for the banner house Shvedh.
On the work front, actor Mahat Raghavendra who had his last outing in Maruthi Nagar Police Station is currently busy shooting for Kettavanu Per Edutha Nallavan Da under the directorial of story teller C Prabhu Ram in which he will be sharing screen space with actress Aishwarya Dutta, and Sakshi Agarwal. Apart from this movie, the actor has his long-delayed flick Ivan Than Uthaman directed by filmmaker Magven in which he will be seen alongside actresses Yashika Aannand and Sara Venkatesh in the box waiting to see the light of day.
