The multi facet artist Vijay Sethupathi is on a jam packed schedule and is on wheels between multiple sets shooting for his projects. With the number of flicks that the actor has in hand, it is not so difficult to guess that he is going to be busy till 2020. Now we have an important update on the actors’ next mass action entertainer Sangathamizhan which is directed by Vijay Chander. The first look poster of the action drama in which the actor looked rugged and menacing was shared on social media last month and garnered a lot of attention which in turn filliped the expectation level of the project.
Now we have news that the actor has begun dubbing for the action drama. The dubbing works for the venture has gone on floors with a formal pooja in AVM Studios. The production unit has shared the news on social media. Taking to his twitter handle, director Vijay Chander shared few photo from the pooja ceremony and announced that the dubbing has begun. Earlier we had reported that the production unit is planning to release the venture on 2nd of October this year. Seems like the project is moving in the right track and will be hitting the screens as planned. This is a great news for the fans of the actor as they will have an opportunity to catch the movie on the first day of its release as 2nd of October is a government holiday in the country.
It will be a dual treat to the fans of the actor as they will get to witness actor Vijay Sethupathi in dual roles for the first time. Another treat that the movie holds for the fans, is that they will get to see Vijay Sethupathi’s daughter Sreeja, making her debut in Sanga Thamizhan. Speaking about the project in a recent interview, the story teller stated, “The plot of the film is set at the backdrop of North Madras. Actor Vijay Sethupathi will be seen in an intimidating role. The film has all commercial elements in it and I am sure it will be a good entertainer for all set of audience.”
Actor Vijay Sethupathi will be romancing actresses Raashi Khanna and Nivetha Pethuraj in the entertainer. The casting unit of the venture also has Nassar, John Vijay and Soori portraying various other supporting roles. The musical instruments for the entertainer will be handled by the musical duo Vivek and Mervin of Gulaebaghavali fame. While cinematographer R. Velraj is seen behind the lens for the flick, editor K. L. Praveen will be editing the family drama. The motion picture is produced by Bharathi Reddy under the banner Vijaya Productions.
On the work front, the actor is currently shooting for Kadaisi Vivasayi under the directorial of M. Manikandan and also for his social drama Laabam directed by S. P. Jananathan. Apart from these movies the actor has Maamanithan, Idam Porul Yaeval in Tamil and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Uppena in Telugu.
