Actor Vijay who has reached pinnacle in Tamil cinema industry recently set the Tamil Nadu political arena on fire by floating his own political party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam. The Sarkar actor was last seen on screens in Leo helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with actress Trisha Krishnan as female lead. He is now awaiting the release of his supposedly last film of his career GOAT – The Greatest Of All Time. Actress Meenakshi Chaudhary of Singapore Saloon has played the love interest of the star. Film maker Venkat Prabhu has directed the movie. Writers Ezhilarasu Gunasekaran, K Chandru, and Viji have offered their assistance in shaping the script. Veteran actors Prashanth and Prabhu Deva have essayed pivotal parts in the film. GOAT – The Greatest Of All Time is slated to hit the theaters on 5th of September this year.
The production house has now dropped the trailer of the drama on social media. Taking to his official X account, director Venkat Prabhu unveiled the trailer of GOAT – The Greatest Of All Time and captioned it, “Presenting my hero the Vijay na the way you have been longing to see for ages! Nearly three minute trailer of GOAT – The Greatest Of All Time opens to a few intercut shots of action moves. Then we have a voiceover of actor Prashanth delivering an intro speech to a team, “Guys, this is a new assignment. A new leader is set to lead you. 68 successful international operations, hostage negotiator, field agent, Spy, in short, he is a GOAT of swats.” Then we are thrown a few glimpses of high-octane action pieces and chase sequences. Following which we witness actress Sneha expressing doubt as to whether her husband is having any affair. We then learn that actor Vijay’s family lands in trouble while on vacation. The game of cat and mouse ensues. We have a shot where a character hurls an adulatory punch for Vijay, “A lion is always a lion.” The trailer ends with a political message of sorts with the actor saying, “Do you think you can stop me? Nobody can stop me.”

Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in to score music for the movie. Cinematographer Siddhartha Nuni Kumar has been behind camera. Editor Venkat Raajen will oversee the editing department. Art directors B Sekar and Surya Rajeevan have designed the background for the flick. Stunt man Dilip Subbarayan has choreographed action blocks.
